Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from SenaShip. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Products

SenaShip sells digital products — specifically premium HTML/CSS landing page templates. All products are delivered as downloadable files via Lemon Squeezy immediately after purchase. No physical goods are involved.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased templates for both personal and commercial projects. This means you may:

Use the templates on an unlimited number of your own projects
Modify the templates to fit your needs
Use the templates in client projects you are paid to deliver

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates as-is without significant modification
Share, give away, or otherwise transfer the template files to third parties
Claim the original design as your own

3. Intellectual Property

All templates sold by SenaShip are original works created by SenaShip. All rights not explicitly granted in this license are reserved by SenaShip.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@sena.rest and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all tax collection and compliance on our behalf. Prices are listed in USD.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation via a download link sent to your email address. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please contact us at contact@sena.rest.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SenaShip makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of the templates for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the templates will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

SenaShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

SenaShip reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
